AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO.
III-A BEING AN ORDINANCE TO LICENSE SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESSES, TO DEFINE
CERTAIN TERMS RELATED TO SUCH BUSINESSES, TO PROVIDE AN APPLICATION AND REVIEW
PROCESS, TO PROVIDE FOR SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF SUCH LICENSES AND TO
PROVIDE A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF THE ORDINANCE.
THE
SECTION
1.
Section 3.4-3 of the Charter Township of Flint Ordinance
III-A is hereby amended to delete all of subsection (i)(9).
The
remainder of Ordinance III-A not amended by this Ordinance remains unchanged.
SECTION 2
Effective Date
This
Ordinance shall become effective upon the date the date of its publication
following final passage.
We hereby certify that the final passage of the foregoing
Ordinance took place at a meeting of the Township Board of the Charter Township
of Flint held on ______.
